Waterhaul are a social enterprise based in Cornwall. Appalled by the 640,000 tonnes of fishing nets are lost or discarded in the oceans every year, Waterhaul made it their mission to turn the problem of 'ghost' fishing nets on it's head, making use of this strong durable material to create the frames for their sunglasses.
These 'Harlyn Slate' sunglasses are a Waterhaul classic and we love them at Frankly. Completely ethically sourced and sustainable too, these sunglasses are all made from 100% recycled monofilament fishing nets. The Slate colour of these sunglasses are inspired specifically by the Cornish slate. All Waterhaul sunglasses have complete UV protected from the sun and the materials used to create these sunglasses means they will last a life time too. We love the 'Harlyn Slate' for its versatility and ability to co-ordinate with any occasion.
